Deadline day looming
The final deadline for entries for the Euro CanTech can awards is this Friday 11 March at 5pm (GMT). The Euro CanTech Awards will be presented at the Euro CanTech Gala Dinner on the evening of 5 April 2016.
These prestigious awards are open to all can manufacturers in Europe. You can enter as many times and in as many categories as you like.
Entry is free and can include all preferred categories. All entries should be received by 11 March and should include a description and some brief information about the can, along with reasons why you think it is a winning entry.
This year the categories are: Aerosols, Beverage two-piece, Bottle can, Decorative/Speciality, Ends/Caps/Closures, Food two-piece, Food three-piece, General Line and Innovation.
Commenting on the awards, event director, Neil McRitchie, said: “The awards are a great opportunity for can manufacturers in Europe to expose their cans to a wider audience and what could be more prestigious than being voted the best can in a particular category?
“As well as the awards, the Gala Dinner will be an excellent opportunity to mix with friends, catch up with old colleagues and to celebrate excellence within the European can making industry.”
